You can fill out an absentee ballot request form here or any registered voter may apply in writing to the County Clerk to receive an absentee ballot. The application must give the name of the elector, residence address in Idaho, and mailing address to which the ballot is to be forwarded. The mail-in application shall be signed personally by the applicant and be received by the County Clerk no later than 11 days before the election.
In person voting at the absentee elector's polling place ends at 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before the election.
