New Hampshire Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to vote in New Hampshire you must be:

  • 18 years of age or older on Election Day (you may register at 17 years old if you are 18 years old by the next election date)
  • A U.S. citizen
  • Domiciled in New Hampshire
