Oklahoma Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to vote in Oklahoma you must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A U.S. citizen
  • A resident of Oklahoma
  • Not convicted of a felony, or if you have been convicted, a period of time equal to the original judgment and sentence has expired
  • Not adjudged to be an incapacitated person prohibited from voting
