Wyoming Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to vote in Wyoming you must be:

  • 18 years of age on Election Day
  • A U.S. Citizen
  • A resident of Wyoming and the precinct in which you register
  • Withdrawn from voter registration from any other jurisdiction, if applicable
  • Not convicted of a felony or adjudicated mentally incompetent
