Congressional Candidate Forum for District 3 & 4

District 3 candidates: Paul Drgos, Jr. (L), Eric Knowles (R), and Congressman John Sarbanes (D)

District 4 candidates: Congresswoman Donna Edwards (D) and Faith Loudon (R)

Forum Moderator: Terence Smith, an award-winning political reporter, foreign correspondent, editor, and television analyst.

Forum Format: Voters will have an opportunity to ask questions of candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives in Districts 3 and 4.
