The League of Women Voters Oakland Area and Patch will co-sponsor a candidate forum for the 9th Congressional district on Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 7 p.m. at the Madison Heights City Hall. The forum will feature the two candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives, Democrat Sander Levin and Republican Don Volaric. The 9th Congressional district covers Berkley and Huntington Woods as well as other parts of southern Macomb and Oakland counties.
