Representatives from Winnebago County Human Services will discuss the most crucial issues their agencies face. Related questions will be presented to District 34/35 State Senate candidates and District 67/68 House of Representative candidates. Candidates will be given time to express their views and positions on human services in Winnebago County. Mike Robinson, director of marketing and communications at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, will moderate the forum.
